I am so proud of myself at this point and felt the need to want to share my experience. I am 46 years old, weigh 240lbs and have a wife and 2 children. I work an office job and I don't get that much exercise during the day as I am constantly sitting at my desk. My wife approached me saying that she didn't like the fact that my stomach was getting bigger and rounder which in turn made me ashamed of myself. I decided at that moment that I needed to change a few things about myself and my food lifestyle. I went ahead and bought some workout equipment and shopped around for things that may be encouraging for me. I stumbled upon this book through twitter and decided to buy it since the price looked decent. I am proud to say that after using their guidelines for 1 week, I have lost over 15 lbs. My wife noticed the change and complimented me on my improvement which has motivated me even more. I will continue to do so until I finally reach 180lbs. This couldn't have come at a better time since we are in covid.
