How you decide to break a cleanse is very important and should be taken seriously. This is a time to pay close attention to your body as you reintroduce solid foods back to your diet and how your body reacts to them.
After a cleanse is completed, you want to ease your stomach back to solid foods. It is recommended to stick a plant-based diet that includes smoothies, juices and clear vegetable broths for up to 3 days after the cleanse is over or until you start reintroducing solid foods again. Preferably, continue to eliminate wheat and diary, refined sugars and be mindful of reaction by certain foods and how they make you feel
3-2 days before your fast is over, plan out how you will break your fast and stick to that plan.
Continue with plenty of water( 2-3 litres) and juices 48-64 ounces
Clear vegetable broth is another excellent choice and remember to chew as slowly as possible.
