By eliminating processed foods completely and implementing more fruits and vegetables in your diet have been proven  to correct those problems and eventually destruction. 2. PH refers to your body's alkaline and acidic balance. A PH level below 6 means your body is very acidic/toxic and is prone to sickness. The PH balance of the body has the ability to affect every living cells in our body. Blood has a PH of 7.35 to 7.45 which is slightly alkaline so a PH balance level of 7 is what you should aim for. You can purchase PH testing strips or tape at your local health food store. Failure to maintain an alkaline PH can harm our tissues and cellular health; for example, the brain, muscles, respiratory system and body fluid can all benefit from a balanced PH. When a condition known as acidosis occurs, it means that your body is too acidic and can cause many diseases and problems. These problems mostly derive from consuming too much processed foods and meats products. Too much acidity in the body can cause major weight gain, premature aging, heart diseases, allergies, muscle disease, cancer and more. DURING CLEANSE

Deciding on a detox or cleanse is a big decision, coming from someone who spends their life periodically doing them I know. Eating on a cleanse that has been designed as a liquid only cleanse is pointless because the cleansing process will be interrupted. Please stay away from all food during the cleanse unless it is permitted in the cleanse program/ It has the effect of making your system work extremely hard to process foods which is the opposite of what we want.   

Cleansing is one of the most effective ways to detox the body releasing it of toxic chemicals and reinforcing health and overall balance. We live in a world where processed foods are everywhere so by detoxing your body with plant-based living foods is by far an excellent way to de-clutter and reset not only your taste buds but your digestive system. By giving your digestive system a break it allows all of the phyto-nutrients and micro-nutrients to be absorbed by the body efficiently.

However, it does come with a cost due to the two-stage detoxification process in the  way our body releases toxins. In stage one, the toxins are dislodged in the body and in step two, the body eliminates it. THE EASE OUT

First off congratulations!
How you decide to break a cleanse is very important and should be taken seriously. This is a time to pay close attention to your body as you reintroduce solid foods back to your diet and how your body reacts to them.
After a cleanse is completed, you want to ease your stomach back to solid foods. It is recommended to stick a plant-based diet that includes smoothies, juices and clear vegetable broths for up to 3 days after the cleanse is over or until you start reintroducing solid foods again. Preferably, continue to eliminate wheat and diary, refined sugars and be mindful of reaction by certain foods and how they make you feel.


3-2 days before your cleanse is over, plan out how you will break it and stick to that plan. Take a look at our post cleanse packages.


Continue with plenty of water( 2-3 litres) or calculate depending on your body weight. Consume 48-64 ounces of cold-pressed juices per day.


Clear vegetable broth and soups are great choices to implement after your cleanse. Remember to chew as slowly as possible.


Understand that what you just accomplished was amazing for your body and continue to make food choices that makes you feel you best.


You can consume any soft high water content fruits and vegetables are perfect for example, watermelon, pineapple, grapes, tomatoes, cucumber etc.


1 week after cleanse eventually you can start adding healthy fats like coconut oil, avocados etc. No alcohol until 5 days after the fast is over. Resume to a healthy plant-based diet.
